Andrew has been in the property business since the 1980's having spent a number of years working in estate agency across Plymouth and Cornwall. He then went on to work for a national new homes developer as a Sales Manager across the South West, before coming to Tavistock as an estate agency Branch Manager over 15 years ago, prior to opening Kirby Estate Agents in 2012. Andrew is a highly skilled valuer for both residential and new homes properties along with potential new home developments . He specialises in all aspects of the business.
Sue deals with all our marketing, administration and accountancy functions. Her passion for property however, means you will often see her out and about conducting viewings. Previous to estate agency Sue was a senior manager for a local authority and changed career paths in 2010 working for a Plymouth estate agency. Andrew and Sue have three spaniels who they enjoy working around the local countryside.
Alison has been in the property business for most of her career working around the Tavistock and South East Cornwall areas. Alison specialises in valuing and bringing properties to the market along with keeping close contact with vendors and purchasers alike throughout the selling and buying process. She lives locally and enjoys walking on Dartmoor and the Tamar Valley.
Jade successfully completed her apprenticeship with Kirby Estate Agents in 2016. She has a natural flair for dealing with people and enjoys showing our properties to potential buyers as well as negotiating sales. Before joining Our firm, Jade was an outdoor pursuits instructor and still has a passion for the outdoor life, especially walking her dog Otto on the local beaches.
Kim has been in the property business since 2013 working initially in lettings and moving to residential sales after joining Kirby Estate Agents. Kim has a passion for property and enjoys showing potential buyers around our homes as well as negotiating sales and maintaining vendor contact. She enjoys horse riding and walking her dog Ted.
Donna is our extremely experienced sales progressor who works hard to ensure that once a sale is agreed, our clients are kept fully informed of progress right through to completion. Our clients say that her support throughout the process is invaluable. Before she had a passion for progressing sales, Donna was an Area Manager for a national developer.
Barbara is part of our experienced weekend team showing potential buyers around our properties. She likes to give people the time to view and helps them to see the homes potential for their own lifestyle requirements. Her creative flair comes from previously running her own soft furnishings business.
