Andrew Kirby
Director
Andrew has been in the property business since the 1980’s having spent a number of years working in estate agency across Plymouth and Cornwall. He then went on to work for a national new homes developer as a Sales Manager across the South West before coming to Tavistock over 20 years ago prior to opening Kirby Estate Agents in 2012.
Andrew is a highly skilled valuer for both residential, land and new homes property along with potential new home developments. He specialises in all aspects of the business.

Sue Kirby
Director
Sue deals with all our marketing, administration and accountancy functions. Her passion for property however, means you will often see her out and about conducting viewings. Previous to estate agency Sue was a senior manager for a local authority and changed career paths in 2010 working for a Plymouth estate agency. Sue Joined Andrew when he opened in 2012. When not working Sue loves spending time with their three spaniels.

Sean Ottewell-Taylor
Sales Manager
Sean is our enthusiastic Sales Manager who heads up our Sales Team. Joining Kirby in 2019 with a proven sales record in the Plymouth area. He has a passion for property and a great knowledge of the property market. He enjoys valuing, listing and is always happy to show purchasers around their potential new home. He has a particular flair for photography and an eye for detail which is important when marketing your home.
Sean has recently become a dad and enjoys spending weekends with his family, whilst surviving mainly on coffee (usually cold) and chocolate.

Joanna Steevenson
Sales Negotiator
Joanna has been involved in Estate Agency for a number of years. Originally in London and then South Wales. When Joanna married she moved to her husbands home town of Tavistock. When not helping customers buy and sell their home she enjoys cooking, horse riding and walking her dogs on Dartmoor.

Christine Stiff
Sales Negotiator
Christine has been involved in the property market both in the UK and abroad. When not working she volunteers at Buckland Abbey and also enjoys baking and amateur dramatics. “
