Kirby Estate Agents were first class in finding us a suitable property in Devon. This was a big and important move for us after living in Buckinghamshire for 31 years! The team were friendly, very helpful and nothing was too much trouble, but above all they listened to what our requirements were. The result was on our first and only viewing we purchased the property, with no regrets! Thank you Kirby's, we would not hesitate to use you again in the future, if the need arises.

In spite of covid restrictions Kirbys Estate Agents conducted their business in a very professional manner, ensuring that I was safe as well as their staff and viewers of my property. They were all very helpful, keeping me up-dated with progress. Donna was brilliant, dealing with a very difficult situation, when my buyers' conveyancers delayed proceedings. She was re-assuring and positive always. It was no fault of Kirby's that the sale took longer than I had anticipated, and they could have done no more. All estate agents should be like Kirby's. They make their clients feel as if they really care.

Andrew Kirby and the team completed the buying and selling of a property within the Tavistock area during COVID restrictions.
