Andrew and his team are fantastic!
From the initial visit to value the house right through to completion and even beyond.
Andrew was honest in his thoughts on where we were at any given time and when the market got slow, he gave advice on what options we had if we wanted to sell quickly.
Viewings were always well planned and feedback was given after each one.
The whole team have endless patience especially when I was getting impatient.
Andrew always took time to check in personally and answer any queries we had.
Once we sold Lindsey was fabulous, keeping us updated with the sale and our purchase - following up and chasing when things seemed to slow down, no sitting around for this team.
They also recommended solicitors which were also amazing in getting things done.

I have used Kirbys to sell two properties in the last two years. Both sales were stressful and emotional for differing reasons. I cannot recommend Kirbys enough for their kindness, understanding and support throughout the processes.
