Newquay Bay Holiday Park is situated close to Porth Beach and on the outskirts of Newquay. The park has an indoor pool with sauna and steam room, a bar and restaurant as well as a handy convenience store. Owners are able to use the holiday home 12 months of the year.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
This is a holiday resort and you are able to use it 12 months of the year however, owners are not permitted to use it as their main home.
The holiday home comes with a 20 year licence and a three year warranty. Buyers will need to complete paperwork with the resort, go through the terms and conditions and provide proof of address for their main residence. You will also be able to discuss any questions that you have about the resort. The resort currently closes over the winter period but you are able to use the holiday home 12 months a year. If you decide to sell the holiday home in the future then 15% of the sale price plus VAT is payable to the park.
COSTS
The annual pitch fee for this holiday home is currently £5,775 but no payments are due until 2026. The property operates on metered electricity and LPG gas, with owners receiving bi-annual bills. Broadband is also connected to the unit and is included in the pitch fee. Additionally, there is a fixed charge for water usage and non-domestic rates.
