In spite of covid restrictions Kirbys Estate Agents conducted their business in a very professional manner, ensuring that I was safe as well as their staff and viewers of my property. They were all very helpful, keeping me up-dated with progress. Donna was brilliant, dealing with a very difficult situation, when my buyers’ conveyancers delayed proceedings. She was re-assuring and positive always. It was no fault of Kirby’s that the sale took longer than I had anticipated, and they could have done no more. All estate agents should be like Kirby’s. They make their clients feel as if they really care.
